Rizlona EverQuest Celebration Pack available on Rizlona / Aradune?

Anyone know for sure if the items from the EverQuest Celebration Pack will be available on the Rizlona and Aradune servers?
Would hate to spend the money only to find out they are blocked on the new servers.

The bag packs have always been available on TLPs. Sometimes the other goodies in them are locked to later expansions, but the bags and 25% exp pots are always available.
