Question - Evading Rogues

Attack no longer needs to be turned off to evade while attacking. How do I fix this in MQ2Melee ?

There is no way to turn it off. It will have to be coded into MQ2Melee

Is this gained at a certain level or is it always from the time you get evade?

It's always.....was changed around April 2014
