If you mean such as the old PvP servers like we had in EQ1? At the end of October, SOE came out with a poll as to what players wanted, and this was what they said.

So far, there's not much official news about PvP beyond the arenas and dueling that they put into Desert of Flames. They've released nothing regarding any type of ETA for PvP servers.
