EQ Level 2 Access (1 Viewer)

I paid for renewal on January 26th, 2009. I was able to get level 2 access through April (previous EQ Patch). After yesterday's patch, I cannot access lvl 2 EQ anymore. Please assist.

PM Me with more info and I'll see what I can do. Paid for renewal in January doesn't mean much, as there are different times you can renew for.
