Enamelled Box - 40 slot tradable container?

Just noticed in chat someone posted a link to Enamelled Box it appears as Lore, Tradable no prestige, hold everything container.

Where does it come from?
Is this the bonus from TBM Premium edition or some marketplace purchase?

Pretty sure that drops from the named skeleton "the watcher" in crypt of sul.

It's a rare drop from named mobs in TBM.

I've seen it drop off 3 diff named now. Semi rare from any named it seems
