Problem - Either mq2 or eqgame is out of date--- Cannot get mq to work

Hello all, I just returned after taking a few months off. Came back to a brand new kiss. I used the new updater, got everything up and its been mostly ok. Every couple of days or so when trying to log an account in i would get a pop up box that said

Either mq2 or eqgame is out of date

The date and time of eqgame was not what mq expected it to be Jan 17 2017 11:56:10.
Injection can not be completed.

Usually i would just shut down and reload the account and everything would be fine. Come this am, this is now happening on every single account, no matter how many times i try. I have run the updater, it updated a couple files this am, and still nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Did you just patch today? There was a message that a new client had been pushed to the servers about 30 minutes ago. They may have broken MQ2 until we get an update.

I missed this.. Looks like my army is still going though. May have to swing by the house and take them down.

There was a message to log out and repatch at your earliest convenience. Do not know if they will disconnect people or not. It was in yellow around 9:19AM EST.

No i did not see that message but yes my eq most likely patched. But i have been getting this error since i came back a couple weeks ago. Maybe somethign was just not correct from install ill see if it happens after the new mq2 update

Yeah,
I made the mistake of logging out. 1/10 would not disconnect again.
Also getting the time and date error.
The dream teams on the job fixing it, I'm sure.

Few hours at best and we'll be updated.

Top of your screen is your name with a "hey we broke the updater on purpose" link. Click that, even when the compile is back up you will need to fix the updater.

just tried same message. was a small patch when i went to log in 400k or so but that seems to have broke it.

just dont update the game yet, i just logged in my crew and mq is working fine, i used auto login to bypass patching if u dont know how

Same here and things are working fine.

guessing its a patch just aimed at the launcher its self from what i can tell since it let me bypass the patch

crap just got home and opened the laucher by mistake...oh well "patch on friday that should be outlawed" x2!!!
