Might be a well known "exploit", but just figured this out last night. When you ding level 9 Artisan, even if you're 0% into level, run outside to the tradeskill trainer and hail him to choose your path, be it outfitter, scholar or craftsman. Instant ding to level 10. I'm not sure if this works at level 19 or not, but will post if it works or not. Might be a menial exploit, but saved me a little bit of time.
