Question - Did CotF never make it to F2P accounts?

I just noticed one of my F2P showing 19 of 22 and was wondering what the history is behind this?

CoTf did, you can now do Gribble HAs, you just cant do TDS... it is always 2 expacts back...

My F2P's show 19/22 as well. Haven't tried zoning them into CoTF yet. It works though?

I have 2 teams of totally FTP 19/22 in Tainted West Karana and NEriak 4th gate so yeah it works - gets me about 3 Rares a week atm

<-- up to 35 accounts FTP 19/22 now although none are currenting going to those zones and sub 100 and 1 fully up with TBM. Working up to it damn it!

Have a crew of FTP toons working DH's mission for gear, since CotF T1 gear is usable by them.

I have brand new toons showing 0/22 expansions, but can still get into COTF no problem.
