Question - Diamond-Tipped War Javelin

Does anyone know if the Diamond-Tipped War Javelin is still usable at level 1 or was it fixed to be required level 65? Allakhazam still shows it as no required level (except for the proc) but it seems like I remember it being fixed to be required level 65 to use it at all. I am tinkering around with lowbie alts for fun so I was considering farming this if it can be used under level 65. Can anyone confirm before I waste weeks farming it? Thanks!

Not sure, but some of the most fun twink gear to get is in old school ToV. Can campfire level 1 toons into there.

It has been a go to low level twink item on FV for ages because of free trade.

A few other notable twink pieces include Spiritlight Earing. (High tier SoF group gear useable at level 1)
Mace of the Ancients - PoP raid weapon procable at level 1 usable by all but zerker.
Equifinis - Fast PoP raid weapon equipable at level 1 (but not procable)
And many of the items from DoDH expansion group missions. All super easy to get and many of them level 1 usable.

Tons of others, but Spiritlight is interesting as being one of the highest items without a level requirement. Mace for being one of the best procable at any level weapons. And DoDH items for their ease of acquiring.

It does not downgrade to the lower levels? I mean, the damage stays the same even for a level 1 character?

Correct. It has no recommended level, so the stats are static.

The damage cap still applies though until you get to 20+ before it starts shedding off.
