engage multiple mobs, debuffs all with slow, swaps back to main target that pet is tanking, attack rate is severely reduced.
I am solo player beastlord using hunter and hunterpettank. After debuffingall with slow, I swap back to the main target that my pet is tanking and my attacks are noticeably reduced in frequency. It is as if KA is spamming attack on and off very quickly and my attacks are being cancelled, the only damage I see is my autoskill kick and the occasional primary swing. This only happens when debuffall is being used, and no issues happen if I do not debuffall. I have tried this with and without mq2melee, and if I /mqp during the combat after debuffall is done, my attacks return to the rate as expected.

I haven't played a level 65 in ages, but just reviewing your INI file I wanted to point out a couple things:

There's a remnant at the bottom of your General section showing interruption=1 that should be deleted.

Try actually turning on CastingInterruptOn=30.

Your heal section is set to only use Group heals? Not sure if that's a factor or not, but as an experiment try turning off heals entirely! Because the only thing I've seen that should cause your DPS to fail is if the Heal section kicks in repeatedly and it can't determine what spell to cast for the given circumstance.

Finally, I see you have 2 different Heals5=Null lines. I'm sure it makes no difference but I believe in removing spurious artifacts just to ensure they have no impact on the macro.

interruption=1 was something I saw in order to fix the issue where an interrupted spell doesnt get recasted, as it would if it was resisted. I removed it as suggested.
castinginterrupton=1 was causing issues where it would not cast a dps spell if my pet was close to needing a heal, or so I suspected. I changed it to 30 to test.

Heal section is only casting a pet heal, and a single target heal on non-pets, with an elixir for emergency, turning it off had no effect on my issue. Removed the dupe heal5 that got there somehow, good catch thx.

My main issue is how KA treats turning on attack after running the debuffall script. I can see my attack light on the UI flashing super fast on and off as it attempts to attack the mob. Mq2melee on or off has no impact, only /mqp pausing ka allows my attacks to not be spam toggled, however clearly thats not really a longterm solution.
*Something to note, if I change targets to heal myself/pet, and swap back to attack the target, I do not have this issue. It is only when changing between NPC's to debuffall that this problem happens.

Has anyone been able to use debuffall with more than 1 mob in camp on a melee toon without a group assist solo? This seems extremely unique situation I have been trying to research on my own and couldnt find any forum post about it before making this thread.

Now lets say we don't turn off /attack and let you switch to a target to cast debuffs, what do you think is going to happen? What if the mob your going to debuff is mezed?

I understand and agree that this should be a feature. The issue I am having is how KA is turning attack back on after completing the debuff cycle. It is not cleanly turning attack back on, as it would if I swapped to a PC to heal them and then back to the NPC. It appears like it is chain toggling attack on/of in a very rapid pace, and the characters autos are not cleanly firing.

Debuffallon=1 or 2 has the same results in terms of the /attack being toggled back on cleanly.

Is there a way to edit the way that the debuffall routine handles turning back on /attack after it is ran? In my tests it is not being treated the same as it does after a heal routine is executed, when I feel like it should.
 
The heal routine does not turn off attack, unless you are on the zek server. So there is no /attack off issued from the heal routines. I don't have what you would consider a good answer, /attack off is issued from the mez routine and the debuff routine, because the character is required to target the mobs and if /attack is still on then there is all kinds of issues.
