Question - Crown of Deceit - Equipment Buffing

I recently acquired the Crown of Deceit and added it to my buffs in KA. The macro continually buffs it. The macro doesn't recognize that the buff is a different name than the item it's coming from. Is there a line I could add the name of the buff to so it knows not to repeatedly cast it when not needed?

neither of these lines fix the problem.

Need to add a condition to it.

CondSize=1
Cond1=!${Me.Buff[TheNameOfTheBuffGoesHere].ID}

Where the name of the buff goes between the square brackets.

Then

Buff#=Crown of Deceit|Me|Cond1
