Problem - Crashing with AutoForage

Seems to be crashing while autoforage does it's thing.

I'm using live, no issues with 6 toons foraging.

Do you have the forage ability on a hotkey, as well as your action bar (ctrl + a)?

Live, and yes I did. I was in Thul Island, I wonder if it's something specific there? Also, it was not immediate, could have been a specific item, but eventually all 4 of my toons crashed.

Dinobrush, Jungle Bloodberry, Jungle Wheatgrass, Water Shoots, Jungle Moss, Sapid Jungleroot Seed, Delectable Jungle Beetle....Those are all quest forage items.
