I would try deleting the DPSConditions from your ini to start with, then I would check the list, for items that may not be clickable. I have seen where some neck pieces are not castable and will crash EQ if you list them in your DPS section.

this would cause his whole computer to restart? I have never seen that before.

I would think he would have system issues over EQ/MQ2/KISS related issues, maybe he doesnt have proper cooling and its overheating and turning off.

Ive left my setup of 12 characters running for a week now and have had no issues with the new KISS setup. But I cant rule out he hasnt messed up his .ini at all but that seems pretty hard to do if its been working for awhile now.

Used to have occasional system crashes / restarts when multi boxing.. running on comp with a motherboard that was almost fried out... bugged the crud outa me....

But I would be willing to bet dollars to donuts his system has a hardware issue / overheating / or extremely unstable OS envioronment.... more than any issue with the "magic".

Could you enlightnen us as to any patterns or specific conditions you have noticed that correspond to your system crashing.... ( like it always happens WHEN.... blah blah blah).. could prove useful for us to use any correlated information to pin down a likely culprit.... root cause analysis at its best...
