Problem - crash while trying to add an item to a hot bar using the Zliz UI (1 Viewer)

While left clicking and holding on an item, I wanted to make a hotkey to drag to a hot bar. Just to see if it was a random thing or not, I tried it on different toons and same crash ID came up. Below is the crash ID that I am having show for it. I did test different UI's: this is happening while using the Zliz UI. I tested my other UI's and the default and the Drakah is working with no crashes.

It is an EQ problem, cannot find the bug report atm think the solution was to not use the new UI.
