Just started happening in the past couple weeks. Every time I am using 3+ boxes. Was working fine so I am assuming I changed something that is causing the issue. Typically it occurs on the box that is in the background being automated. Playing on the enchanter, main screen, and the cleric was open on the second screen (not being played just with kissassist running), with the ranger being open and behind (running cwtn ranger) and the Ranger popped this error. Relogged in the ranger, so now its window was on top and the cleric was open and behind the rangers screen. I pulled a mob, then the Cleric had this issue. Logged in the cleric, and was able to pull 10 or so mobs before the cleric had this error again. Could be coincidence, but just providing everything i know.

Did you find a fix or was it just a coincidence? Might want to try adjusting your eqclient.ini, set MaxFPS=60 and MaxFPSInBackground=60, see if that helps. Might just be that you're getting frame rate desync hanging when KA tries to run too many commands before the frames render.

Also, check if your background boxes have Shadows or Advanced Lighting on. EQGraphics.DLL hates running those in the background.
