Problem - Crash info review?

Hi guys - I've been getting a lot of crashes lately, what should I be looking at or sharing with you guys to try to diagnose the problem? I'll get a popup window that says something like this...

I get this randomly if I am afk too long or I run other stuff in the background or even if I have been playing for a long time. Not sure what it exactly means

It would be interesting to know what exactly causes this for sure
