Request - Could the launcher check for updates more than just on launch?

Would it be possible for the launcher to check for updates every so often besides just on launch? I have a habit of just leaving my toons in GL and not closing everything out and starting fresh. If it would show something that I was outdated.

What you can do is switch the pull down from MacroQuest - Live to Macroquest Beta and then back to live. That will let you know if there is an update.
