What happened to the level 2 section of the forums, and also the ability to sort KissAssist .ini Library by class and level?

"Level 2" is still here, things are just labeled differently.
Here is the link to the kiss ini library (in the kiss section), on the right hand side there is "Filters" if you click that you can filter what you're looking for.
