Question - cond for buffs

is there a cond i can create that my bst can use to stop spamming his hp buff when there already is one better on the target?

I don't use it anymore but here is a condition I used on my Druid to check if my SK needed the short duration HP buff.

Cond7=!(${Target.Buff[Rampant Growth].ID} || ${Target.Buff[Steadfast Stance].ID} || ${Target.Buff[Stoic Stance].ID})

I use these all the time

Cond1=!${Target.Buff[Spell Name].ID} && ${Spell[Spell Name].StacksTarget}

Is check the buff is not on my target, and that it will stack.
