Con color (1 Viewer)

When I use to see prople their names were color what their /con would be to me. They are now all white so it doesn't appear to be working anymore. Does anyone know how to turn this back on?

This is not on the map this is what you look at a PC/NPC.

That didn't do it. It's not the map that is the issue. The issue is when I look at someone their name is white instead of the con color it use to be.
