Command to stop on new tell received?

I just got a new computer up and going and just needed to know what the command was to turn off the stop moving when u receive a tell.

This is what I'm using. Strange looking at it makes me think that with '1' being set it would flash but its not and has not since I set it like this.

It shouldn't flash unless the screen getting the tell isn't the active one.
