Problem - CLR78 chain casting group symbol, never buffing aego

Cleric is L78, its casting group symbol (Elushar's Mark) over and over, not in a constant loop but almost every 2 minutes or so.
He's never buffing with Aego or any other of the cleric spells (I think they buff AC or other stuff as well)

I realized why no Aego was being buffed.
You have to activate "Do Druid" option to buff with Aego spells.

Now CLR is chain buffing hand of gallantry which takes 15% of his mana per cast so its still a big no-no!!

How can I investigate these buffs chain casting? is there no check to see if people are allready buffed?
Clr is chain buffing symbol or aego whichever is activated, Enc is chain casting group haste, Mage is chain casting damage shields, Bst is chain casting spirit of Talatak

i think a lot of these issues (at least for me) started around lvl 50...when AA's opened up. My guess is a completely ftp (never gold/kronoed) character like mine has a lot more issues stemming from no AA abilities. i PL'ed my enchanter to 100 to try and skip the haste rebuff issue (another thread) and now my enchanter is chain casting/rememing different auras. I've turned off everything under the spell&abilities/spell and abilities tabs, and it still doesn't solve the issue

Yes, I am note sure if logic has been refined yet for FTP vs AA'd, but enchanter gets a AA for 2 auras, that you possibly dont have, and so the Lua is looping back "second aura time!" but you can only have 1, without AA..

When you say chain casting, does it happen to be them casting a group buff on each player (so 5-6 times total), or are they self-targetted while doing so?

I am trying to further diagnose the problem.
They cycle on each player but I think they restart the cycle after every combat.

This sounds to me like a buff (or one effect of it) not applying due to stacking and either the script not checking, or it's check returns a false positive (that the buff should stack).

To expand on what I mentioned earlier, I have seen a buffer casting a group buff six times (one for each party member and possibly remmeming the previous spell in between each iteration) and there is likely to be some changes on the development side to handle that.

To aid in diagnosis of your specific issue:
Check your combat spam window when you are casting and see if you see red stacking messages.

Also, theoretically you could switch the output at the bottom of the RGMercs window to debug or verbose and log it while the cycle is occuring. The log will end up in your VV/logs folder unless very recent changes to logging affected that.

Either or both pieces of info will help diagnose the problem. I'll try to have a look when I'm free, hopefully others can do the same.

In the case of cleric aego line (Do Druid option ON) could it be possible that it doesnt work because its a "combo" buff?

For example, my 97 CLR keep casting "Unified hand of Credence" which applies 2 buffs called "Credence" and "Blessing of assurance"?

Maybe he's checking if people have a buff called "unified hand of credence" that doesnt exist?
