You could try the undead in Nadox. There are whole rooms of undead in there and I don't remember them hitting all that hard. Then again, I was playing my mage so they were mostly hitting my pet 
From the bridge area (bridge over the lava) head west into a large room with rooms coming off of it. One or more of the rooms to the south have large numbers of "soggy crew members".
Seb might be a decent choice for you as well. Even before it became a hotzone the xp was pretty decent in there. With the Fabled spawning you will want to be a little more careful while xp'n...
