So it sure is nice to get away from Complete heal for the most part unless in a chain of 3 or more clerics.

I am pretty happy with my config now but I am curious how other have set theirs up.

I run a druid for patching the rest of the group.
 
I'm still using DL bombs as they heal enough and cost a lot less (also haven't purchased ethereal line yet, cause I'm lazy....lol). Else, still using ch. I don't use kiss, but your ini looks fine for general use. I'd drop the elixir off the ma though. They are huge mana drains. They are good if you have more than one cleric, ie, boxing more than one group, to have one cleric cast on ma. They either over heal, or don't heal enough and just waste a cast. Just my personal observations. I never looked back after turning off elixirs haha.

Elixir healing for the rest of the group is usually pretty mana efficient though. Especially with dots or small aes.
 
Thanks etherealmist, I appreciate the fb. When I did the ratio math the ethereal line is more mana efficient as long as you make use of the entire amount of hp offered. I will drop the elixir when my second group runs out of time and see how I hold up. Can't seem to make enough krono in this expansion to keep 2 groups running.
 
Divine Light is slightly more efficient then Ethereal Light on base values. 3.94 mana per hp, as compared to 4.08. A difference I personally do not care for. However your Healing break points seem a little high, and a little low both. Ethereal Light is two thousand base heal on nearly a 4 second cast.

I would argue that the Remedy is pointless on the tank, and that the EL should be lowered to 70%. Casting a 2k heal at 80%, likely to land at 70% on a tank that I cannot see having more then 7500 buffed hp seems seems likely to not full heal often.

I have the same opinion about the elixir line as the above poster. I believe you have more or less made them moot with your group healing threshold being set at 70.

Works well. Don't have to use the Ethereals much ever, at all. The tank gets 99% of the damage.

group heal threshold is different, doesn't look at one person being at 70%, its the entire groups average being at 70%. Two different mechanics here, so its quite valid. However, he's silly for thinking he needs to "get away" from CH, since its only the most mana efficient way to heal. Plus you have to keep your hotbar full of heal spells when you could instead mem pet hammer, nukes, buffs, etc.


But the way his works, if one person gets knocked down to 70%, it casts a single target heal. If entire group gets hit with AE, drops to 70%, then it casts the group heal. instead of casting single target heal 6 times.
