Problem - Cleric does not buff

I am struggling with my CLR, as it is not buffing the other group members. The funny thing is the my group SHM is indeed buffing others, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have compared their respective configurations and they seem identical, so I am a bit at a loss.

What lvl? What buff are you wanting it to cast?

I have turned that option, and the Cleric indeed casts Courage onto himself, but not onto the other group members. I have confirmed that they are all grouped, within casting range, out of combat, and the Cleric has full mana.

Any idea?

Might want to make your UI at 100% opaque (not see through) before taking a screenshot, you can see your characters name in a few places through the RGmercs window.
