Problem - Cannot launch eq through wineq2 with new Very Vanilla Compile TEST SERVER 20150115

I cannot get eq to launch with the new test compile, i've tried deleting and reinstalling everything. using just the barebones of the compile, i just cannot figure out why it isnt launching.
live still works fine and if i load mq after launching the wineq2 windows it works. think ive stuffed something up but not sure what.

I downloaded and run wineq2 and I see the crash as well, unfortunately I can't get a good stack trace on it cause it crashes in the exception handler itself...
Will continue to investigate I don't know yet but I suspect maybe wineq2 uses some detour we are using or something. It might have something to do with the new crash detour ironically...

Test is not compiling correctly. Will post as soon as it is resolved. most likely tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.
