Project 1999 - can /random be hacked?

i know it moved server side on live in 2004 and it used to be edited before that so u could all ways roll the same number.
my question can it be done on p99 i know some 1 in game that seems to all ways roll a 99 out of 100 seen this 4-5 times now it might be luck but i know you guys will know.

Dulak makes sense.

4 or 5 rolls of 99 out of 100 is statistically unlikely in less than many thousands of rolls...........
If you can do without him just ditch him...

They did 0-100 and rolled 99 I have seen it my self twice within a week .
Then I was told last night that they rolled 99 twice with my friend
it's all ways on a item they really wanted

Other then these rolls I have never seen them roll on trash/vender loot.

I've been raiding for years and I think I've won gear with a 99 and a 100 MAYBE 3 times ever lol.
