Problem - Buffs problem

Can anyone explain why this ini line works:
Buffs3=Shout of the Copsestalker|Dual|Bellow of the Predator|me

But this ini line does not work:
Buffs3=Shout of the Copsestalker|Dual|Bellow of the Predator|ma

When I change the |me to |ma, it does not buff my tank.

Another buff in the same ini file buffs my tank as expected:
Buffs9=Copsestalker's Enrichment|ma

I've had many problems with these dual buffs (using KA) from rangers the last couple expansions. Me and MA are borked.
