Question - Buff spam

For a few weeks now I have been getting a "CAN NOT TRACK ANYMORE" message. It is coming from classes that buff. If I /mb dobuffs false, the message stops. Ive done some troubleshooting: stripped a file down to bare bones. Used TarCnt=1 or TarCnt=2 for group buffs and I'm getting no where. I've double checked that all toons are on netbots with send and grab enabled. Any thoughts on why this is happening?
