Buff plugin (1 Viewer)

I remember there used to be a plugin that would allow you to cast any buff you wanted on you, but for the life of me, cannot remember what it's called. I know the benefits are only the clientside effects and MQ2Faerune exists, but I'm looking for the plugin that allows you have any buff you want.

The purpose is to have the vision effects of the druid/ranger line of Mask of the Wild where the buff changes the magnification ammount. Does anyone remember what the plugin was called?
