I specifically have this issue when using /buffgroup with the big HP buffs (Doomscale for instance) for some reason and it primarily seems to happen on the Shaman.
Also as noted on another thread (should have put it here, sorry for that) the |class modifiers do not seem to work lately.
On my Cleric, the |dru is not receiving symbol (hubby's toon) - just keeps casting on my cleric.
On the Shaman, Incapacity is only casting on my Ranger and Shaman … not on the Bard (hubby's toon).
We have gone through all the .ini (both of us going over them) on all toons to see if we can see something out of whack or duplicated somewhere and just not finding the error in the settings.
I have also tried wiping out the .ini and redoing from scratch.

Different computers or different MQ2 folder installs if you're running a server? KA's buffs read a file that each toon is updating with their current buffs. If they're different comps/installs, then KA doesn't get any info on buffs from the file and skips buffing those toons. Same thing will happen if one toon stays paused for awhile.

Something like MQ2Dannet can get around that by setting up a network to relay needed buffs or other info. It's not fully incorporated into most "Vanilla" macros yet, but the various Devs are testing it.

Not running a server just EQBC locally/standalone. My 3 toons on my PC and hubby has his 3. We plan to do a shared server at some point but not there yet.
I did just notice something else that may or may not affect this - I've noticed the worn off messages aren't working in EQ on the Sham and on at least one of hubby's toons - checked all those settings too.
