Question - Buff Bot

Guys,
I am looking for a simple buff bot macro.
I don't need anything fancy. It does not need to decide different spells for different level characters or anything.
Basically, I am looking to send a toon a tell and then that toon targets the tell sender and casts a list of already memed spells. It would be nice if I could specify either group buffs or single. However, in any case all buffs can be already loaded.

There was one that was written for a shaman to stand in the guild lobby and buff who ever asked for buffs. It was able to use any class as the buffer. Just search the forums and you will find it..
