Question - Best Way to Secure Account?

I've been out of the EQ scene for awhile and am looking to get into Coirnav in preparation for Luclin. As some things, I'm sure, have changed, how does DBG go about monitoring account purchases or have they toned it down significantly?

The last I played, a little over a year ago, there was this huge effort from them to stop RMT.

If I were to buy an account with no SQA/Email set, how quickly should I set SQA/Email/Reset Password?

It mostly comes down to what the seller is doing I think. Last year I feel the big account ban on tlp was the one guy doing lots of zone disruption to level the accounts and drawing lots of attention to himself.

I think you can change the password right away.
