Config - Berserker help (I'm bad)

Hey fellas, I hope this is the right place for this. my team is moving right along, but i watched my zerker after a fight last night and when i looked at his dps it just seemed super low. It's also one of those classes I just really don't know well though. So I figured i would ask if the community could help, if anyone has a 90 zerker ini or would be willing to help me make a proper one. I'll post my sloppy sad one here (please don't judge too harsh lol) edit - i went back and redid the ini, its prob still bad , but its not so all over the place now, the burn is prob awful cause like is aid i dont know enough about zerkers and i can't seem to find a solid resource on them.
