Problem - Bard song timing seems too long

Running a bard under RGMercs, using the DPSProcedural rotation, my bard seems to have noticible pauses between successive songs. Indeed, it looks like singing is waiting out a global cooldown before singing a new song, even though the "wait for global cooldown" configuration option is turned off. Frame timing shows that class actions take approximately 4500-4800ms most of the time, which would be consistent with 3s to sing and 1.5s for global cooldown timer.

Can I do something to reduce these pauses between songs?

I felt that too with RGmercs so I just went back to kissassist for the bard.

Also experiencing this issue. I may tinker with the 500ms added delay today, or maybe it is actually an issue with waiting for the global. As it stands now my bard can't run a full song gamut. Waiting too long.
