Question - Bard not doing anything

So, I am trying the different ini files for my 115 bard and for some reason he isn't doing anything when I load up the kissassist. It keeps saying nothing defined in this section. Is it something that I am doing wrong? I have used it before a year or so ago and it worked fine. But nothing now. Any help would be appreciated.

check the file location and make sure that bard ini is the one that has content. make sure you have a /tar (tank/assist/puller) and then the /mac kissassist assist.
those are the two things i would try first, while you wait for someone who can specify what the nothing defined means. sounds to me like nothing in the folder its being directed to.

Though it's irrelevant now since you figured it out, the title of this thread is really funny. Bards, doing things with methods that no one understands since 1999.
