Question - Autoloot Destroy

So, the /setitem Destroy is a great feature, however, is there a way to activate it after the fact? IE: I have 10 of something already in my bag. If it is set to sell, I can use autoloot sell, deposit etc..... Is there someway to activate the /autoloot destroy AFTER I add something to destroy list, on all the others already in my bag?

There's a macro that does it - Keep in mind running it will end any other macros you're currently running (like KissAssist)
