ARISE Burst of flame

I have no idea why my mage chain loops burst of flame on itself or pet. I created a new INI file, by starting the macro. Then I go back into that new file to change a few things, like pet info, self buff, turn on a few things, like the pasted INI below. Then when I turn macro on again, it just loops. My other 2 mages have same settings and they are fine. Why is this happening?

Check your hot key or something. It sounds like you activated the cskillup macro and the mage is trying to raise his evocation skill by nuking the pet.

that was my first thought, but i'm not using any hot keys, i'm just typing in /mac kissassist assist (tank on target)

i actually tried /mac cskullup -- it ended the other macro and started a new one. so I dont think cskillup was running while kissassist was active.

I had something similar where it was "buffing" burst of flame instead of whatever DS I had set in the buff. Also had an issue where cleric was trying to buff with Minor Healing.

My cleric was doing minor heal too! I dont know how I fixed that though.

I have 2 other mages working just fine. Why this one is causing trouble, I have no idea. They are all running on the same PC too- So even more reason this mage should fall in and work correctly

ok, I think its fixed. I did a /camp desktop on that one character and booted up fresh, and it must have a better connection or something.

Check your macros folder... the kissassistbuffs.inc inc file.... the .inc was deleted off the end of the file name... once I put it back it never did it again

Mine do this from time to time, either burst of flame on mage, or minor healing spam on cleric. Generally an /unload and refresh injections fix.

you have to relog entirely to fix this issue, it happens when you get Dc'd and log back into the game but don't quit to desktop first.
