Question - Anyone know how to keep your enchanter from running out of mana?

Enchanter running out of mana in 2 fights constantly. Can't keep mana up

Mana conservation.
Do you need to slow? If the fight only lasts 30 or 40 seconds, it's not worth it.
Do you nuke? Chanter nukes are inefficient and generate too much agro. Use sparingly if at all.
Debuffs? Most debuffs are useless today. Maybe in the end game cripple is worth it but I'm not sure about that.
Don't forget the AA "Gather Mana" which I think we get at like 59 or 60.
Buffs. Only give the buffs to those who need it. Casters don't need haste, melee don't need crack. Don't waste mana on those fluff buffs such as insight etc..

Are you running the runes that drain your mana when your hit?

To add, chanter DoTs recently got revamped, and are WAY mana intensive.

They can now do some mean damage... BUT it will cost ya, so it depends on how well your chanter is keeping up with things.

Also, most enchanter specific robes have a mana tap+give to group, 10m timer, to help with mana regen.

If you are of an appropriate level / playing in the appropriate expansions, you might consider making a FTP bard to follow you around singing (actually having an army of FTP buffers, as they can go to level 105 now, means you have 0 reason to wait in the lobby for buffs any longer!)

Not sure what level range, or server style so, some suggestion may not be applicable =)

Are you keeping mana regen aura up?

A few things...
There are a lot of syntax errors in the conditions for the dps section....it could possibly be causing the conditions to always be true and casting every spell every time which would blow a lot of mana!
What's your gear like? aa's? group make up? that dps section ( minus the errors ) will use mana up even on a high aa / good gear char after a while but it shouldn't go down in 2 mobs.
A quick suggestion to see if it helps....
turn the conditions off (ConditionsOn=0) and try these in the dps section

I'd say get a bard. Have them use BOTH regen songs.

Without the bard I have 400 combat mana regen. With the bard, it's 1400 in combat. That's 1k mana every 6 seconds. Bards can twist 5 songs easily. 6 if you don't mind one dropping for a second or two. Using these two songs you also get 2kish hp regen and 150 Endurance though you don't use it for the hp. But melee in the group will like the Endurance regen too. Preists... probably like the healing increase too. Never really been a problem for my cleric/druid though. Druid mostly nukes though not heals except as a backup.

Pulse of Sionachie
Increase Healing by 10% to 12%
Increase Current HP by 167 per tick
Increase Current Mana by 110 per tick
Increase Current Endurance by 17 per tick


Chorus of Sionachie
Increase Current HP by 133 per tick
Increase Current Mana by 111 per tick
Increase Current Endurance by 9 per tick

The reason for the discrepancy is of course instrument mods and I believe the 12% more healing also applies to mana.

Are you using Mind over Matter at all? That will drain your mana before your HP.
