Leveling - Another - Where I Power Level (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone, Just a short fast post on where I PL and how.

1-24 Crescent Reach-
There is a place here that is NE of the zone with a bunch of undead, make sure you go into the cave and pull everything inside there too. All I do is DS my 85 Shaman Pull it all to a safespot just out of the cave to the right. Once the pull is less than 50%ish, I drop an AE on them to get xp. The really nice thing here is the respawns are almost instant its pretty crazy. If I am PLing a class that does not have AE, some local toon usualy get a free PL to join me.

24-40 Blighfire Moors
The spot here is now NW of the zone. There is a castle with a bunch of undead yet again. The castle sits in a corner, if you go just SE of the castle you can find a safespot on the side of the mountain this is where I pull to. I pull them here because the spawn rate here is very fast as well. I pull it using the same method stated above. If you want you can easily sqeeze out 6 more levels here, but it slows down at 40.

40-46 Goru'Kar Mesa
Here I just pull the satyrs and some times faeries in the zone.

46-60 Plane of Innovation
Camp at zone in, pull large amounts. I dont try and pull the zone as I always get summoned and it takes forever to get back to zone in. I usually also log my SK in here and while the DS is doing its work with the shaman I pull with SK and go to the other path.

60-80ish Plane of Fire
I use my ranger to pull C2, Field, C1 and just HS PL.

I don't know if this will help you all but i can get from 1-70 pretty quickly less than a day easily. I use Listlessness buff from my shaman and allows me very little attention in the ways of healing during PL sessions.

Very good strat...if you have a ranger. But think you are right on nonetheless.

I have found to PL A toon, Drakkins rock ... the breath weapon gives you basically 1 dmg on every mob ... yeah a few will resist, but still freaking awsome for PL's.

Oil of Fennin Ro or Holgresh Mojo Sticks are good options too. I can get about 1-3 of the AE mojo sticks per clear of the WL zone plus the nice thing is unlike the oil's you have two resists to choose from (Fire and Magic) on the off chance you want to PL somewhere with high FR mobs.

Pl'n, isnt it grand! Nice write up, now a days its so much easier. I also use a shaman at times for leveling my toons. Listlessness owns! In my exp its all about finding large quantities of low hp mobs. Mass pulls with ds and leveling toon only needs a small amount of damage per for exp. With low dps from the leveling toon it usually only takes a heal to draw aggro if any is picked up (unless your ae'n). With exp pots it should only take a couple hours at most to level high enough to group with a high level toon. Then just sit your new toon in a corner and watch the exp roll in. 5 hours with my new bst and i geared up, leveled to 60, and pulled in enough aa's to get my 3 sets of titles. On average i can do 1 to 80 in one day useing this same method.

I use a similar path,

1-20 Crescent Reach
20-30 Blightfire moors using the bees
30-46 City of Mist, undead mobs, old world hps, this goes fast
46-55 Poninnovation
55-61 Crypt of Decay
61+ I usually just swarm C2 plus the entire middle section with my SK. I used to use ranger HS but the mobs arent enough and the SK can clear it all with less work.
71+ Field of Scale here i break out the ranger and HS outside Kurns.

I dont usually do the normal pincushion tho. I just recently joined this site so never had access to all the macros everyone else does. I usually use my cleric to pwrlvl. I do 1-20 with just HoS and Mage DS. once 20 + i pop a merc and just use the cleric to Viral DS and train the lowbies merc. This allows me to level quickly but still have all the basic skills at atleast a useable level once they get in the 70 range. I just did a new alt this way, i got 1-60 in like 6 hours, and although that isnt "fast" its quick enough for me

I imagine most people round here have forgotten more then i know, but i have no problem putting together my basic strats and places for leveling. i never liked tradeskills and never had the time to raid, so i tend to level alot of new characters. I actually have a 3 day weekend for a change so i will be diving hard into learning more about Kissassist and getting it tweaked. But next week while at work i can start doing my write up.
