So I am trying to figure out why my group dies sometimes.
While I watch them they seem to do just fine. I usually break the camp and everything. I have puller set to check everyone, not just the healers before pull. Enchanter has mezon=1 and seems to mez adds fine
More often then not I return and everyone is dead and I cant figure out what happened. Is it the puller, the healer, etc...

What do you all do?
Run fraps or something similar and look at the video?
Is there a log I can look through?

When I started using MQ2Nav for pulling, I stopped having so many weird deaths.

I don't do much afk stuff (and don't with my main crew), but I put them going and watch them for a while before I set them to afk

There are plenty of reasons why you could be wiping. Unmezzable mobs, too much spike damage (is tank gear/augs appropriate for what you're doing). How is your puller doing (pulling multiples, etc?). Is your puller getting summoned on pull? Does your group have enough dps to keep the camp clear before getting overwhelmed?
 
Is your puller also your tank and main assist? Is there a chance you can have adds in camp while the puller is puling? Are you doing lower level zones where your puller can do enough damage just from bumping into a mob that he gets summoned? What range/how far out is your puller pulling?

Usually when I see things going tits up on my group, it's mainassist or pulling related.

Example: My puller is also my mainassist. He goes out and pulls a mob and gets adds. For whatever reason, the mob he pulls takes longer to make it to camp radius. So now the puller is in camp with all the adds standing there doing nothing waiting on the mob he pulled to get in camp radius and since he is also mainassist, the rest of my toons does nothing as well, except heals. Which then gets the healer deaded. Not sure if enchanter will mezz in this situation. When I saw this stuff happening, I was doing low level camps and not running any mezzers.

For something like that, don't have your puller be mainassist or have another toon that thinks it's the "tank" and start kiss with that toon targeting itself so it thinks it is the "mainassist".

I also had the same issue Casca speaks of when I had my SK pulling and MT. Every time the camp would drool as the SK was pulling and kill the cleric while the SK would wait for the mob he had tagged. I found always leaving the MT in camp to be the safest practice and it stopped my mysterious camp wipe's. I usually use a hard to pull now.
 
* try putting away pets, I've seen them hiccup on occasion and attack mobs too early but haven't try to recreate it consistently

* lower your assistat %'s, high assistat % in combination with melee distance / camp radius you can get the assist out to the mob before the tank has the mob in camp and set up a domino effect.

use the mq2gmail plugin to email you when you die (can set it up to send you a text too)
 
OK thanks for the input, i think it has to do with my puller.
Puller is my monk, main assist and main tank is warrior back at camp.
Bodies are usually around the camp spot.
I do use mq2nav and build a mesh usually.
I just watched my puller bring a mob to camp, then turn right around and grab another one. he did this a number of times.
