Problem - ADMIN Help Needed - Problem with Renewal of Level 2 Membership

I upgraded my Level 2 membership from 6 months to 1 year.

It seems that my PayPal account was charged for both.

I tried to cancel my 6 month recurring membership but got an error.

Can any Admin help with this ?
