If someone changes your password on your account and you have to contact Sony customer service . Can someone tell me what the verification method of identifiying the orginal owner of the account is?

If CD keys are part of the validation method what will I have to do if I cannot locate the CD 's from 5 years ago??

I think they will ask for the original credit card numbers used.

Found my own answer.
If your password has been changed and you didn't do it, your account may have been compromised. If so, the first step is to contact Technical Support by phone, live chat, or email. Give them the original credit card or game card number being used to pay for the account and request a password change.
