have you had any issues with this ini yet? i have not had a chance to try any of it but i have tried repeatedly to get my clicky buffs to only cast when the buff expires but it never works. I have mine set up just like your buff2 but for rapier of somber notes and it just continuously clicks the item over and over. I have not figured out how to fix that yet. Looks nice though and cant wait to try out the conditions.

I have just updated the ini with a few changes that seem to run better. Also, the problems with the clickies is happening in Kiss version 11 and will be fixed by CTaylor22 and others in version 12. I have been testing a version of 12 for CT and this works great on that. In the meantime there seems to be a timing problem between MQTwist and Kiss 11 so some of the clickies may not have time to fully cast before getting interrupted by the next song. I know when I run this in 11 my Bard tries to throw a group clickie buff on out of group toons. While waiting for version 12 you may want to disable the clickies causing problems and enable them again when 12 is out. I sometimes do this if I want to stop something for a certain event by just putting a ! before the line. That way it is easy to remove and you don't have to rewrite the entry. Just so you know I am a rookie at doing this and threw all these up hoping to give a starting point for TLP folks. If you notice something when you use this let me know and I will try to work it into what I have so far. That said I hope it works for you.
Thanks for the reply. I did finally get my bard rapier to work on its own and i got his war drums of the wrathe and tympan of shrieking anguish to twist in when dps go on. I LOVE the conditions from the dps section in order to make burns work from there instead of the burn section. I have been trying to modify what you have to work for my wiz, cleric, chanter, zerker, bardx2, shaman, druid, mage, ranger, rogue and SK tank. I am not a great coder but i can copy and paste and sometimes i get lucky. I am Still having issues with getting spells like skin like reptile and lasstitude to be cast on my tank on engage and then mana recursion to be cast on wiz on engage then fernspur to be cast on tank once engaged. New to all this as only had the program for about 2 -3 weeks so its all new to me. Still cant seem to get clickies to work in the dps section like my epics or clicky BP. I guess i need to put those in buffs with conditions perhaps.

I think I have most of my toons are setup to just buff before fight and hope they are on for most of the fight. Some of the short term buffs will wear off and will not be rebuffed since buffing is done out of combat. From what I have been able to glean (and I may not be right) is this is just the way Kiss works. Since your toon will be targeting the mob during combat it does not look to buff other toons. The only time (it seems to me) that your toon looks at the other toons in your group is if there are settings in your Heal section and there it is looking at the toons health to do something not the buff list. You may want to search for your specific clickie or spell and see if it is mentioned in a post or ini somewhere and maybe you will find someone who has figured out how to do what you are trying to do.
The clickies I have in my ini all work with the test version of Kissassist version 12 which I know is being tested for release. I would not spend a ton of time trying to find a work around since it will be fixed soon. As previously stated there is a timing issue between Kissassist version 11 and MQ2Twist where twist is interrupting any clickie that was not instacast. So with the clickies it is not how you are putting them in the ini it is how the program is handling the info. Seems for a while the Bard class which does not work in the same way all the other classes do was not getting much love and support. CTaylor22 has started looking into some of the major Bard problems and is pushing those fixes into the next Kissassit version 12 so watch for that before wasting a bunch of time trying to fix something on your end.
Final thought. All of the classes (except Bard) that I have posted ini's for are not classes I have played as a main. So I am sure they can be improved on two levels. One, the actual ini may need work to make the toon perform better and Two, even if the ini is working there may be a better way to play the class. I maybe using the wrong heal at the wrong time, I may not be using the most efficient dots or DD spells or casting them at the right times. I posted these as a starting point and am hoping to get pointers on how to improve them. So if you figure anything out that works better please leave feedback and I will try to work it in. Good luck.
@AnotherJohn I have notice you have a cond3 in the INI but do not see where it gets used. What is the cond3 for? looks like was meant to be for a Burn routine or a CC routine. am Guessing it was for Burn & CC as I do not see Queen Eletyl's Screech in the DPS list being used, oversight maybe 
I actually see this one as being useful with a few tweaks as I need to upgrade my Bards INI, think he's still running on one i setup at level 65 or 70
and swapped him to a lower group and out of group from Chanter so he is set as the CC.
I would like to know if you can highlight the clickies, or list them, it will be a work in progress for me to collect them or maybe need to change to others. my clickies are very limited and haven't really worked on obtaining any, am slowly going back to aquire needed gear for all 12 toons... i only been back to playing since December and have 2 crews running independently after a 13yr hiatus. Once i get it all tweaked out i will post it as there wasn't anything showing for 80 yet.

First, this is an old INI of mine (it was current at the time of posting but I have since made many changes in it as I am now level 90 and have new songs and clickies). You are right, Cond3 is not used and can be deleted with no effect on the INI. My best guess is that it was leftover from a previous level INI and would have been used to control an AA or Clickie that is no longer used at 75. It would not have been used for CC as I played this guy with an Enchanter in the group who had that function. Queen Eletyl's Screech is not used by the INI but could be by setting it up in the mezz section. I had it on my gem bar since I manually pulled with my bard and would sometimes do a mezz and fade pull.

I just used the clickies I had. Some are not worth searching out if you dont have them or have something else similar to use. You can use them as an example on how and when to trigger your clickies. The only one you really need to have is the epic. Posting your 80 INI could be helpful. I didnt post my INI at 80 because I didnt get much response to the INI's that I posted for level 75. Something you may want to try is RGmercs for the bard. I still have an INI for one bard since it is my main character and worth the upkeep of the INI. However, I have a second alt bard in a second group that I have and it is much easier to just run him on RGMercs. RGMercs sets up everything with very little user input and he runs great and is the CC when I run just that group and does an excellent job.

@AnotherJohn, Thanks for all that. I will have to check out RGmercs. I have started to break apart the conditions and start using combined conditions, think it helps with tracking the condition, for me anyway. the clickies i realized which was what as I had to try and get my ini up and running only to realize, i hadn't purchased any of the 75+ songs . I slacking on epic, but did get a clickie blade from PoTime so will get to setup one of the clickies. Will still look into RGmercs as I really like the CWTN's for the other toons, and I pilot an SK who is puller and tank. Again thanks for the reply and info.
