MQ2FearRunner - Run command when feared/no longer feared

As requested by toots. Untested. Let me know if there are any issues.

Usage

Rich (BB code):
/fearrunner :: Lists command syntax
/fearrunner on|off :: Toggle plugin. Default is ON
/fearrunner status :: Shows the current status and settings. Changes automatically update the ini file.
/fearrunner startcommand "COMMAND" :: Sets the command to run when feared. Enclose in "" if it contains spaces. Default is /echo feared
/fearrunner stopcommand "COMMAND" :: Sets the command to run when no longer feared. Enclose in "" if it contains spaces. Default is /echo no longer feared

Sample MQ2FearRunner.ini. Potential usage if you're using MQ2Nav

Rich (BB code):
[USER_Settings]
Enabled=1
StartCommand=/nav rwp fear_start
StopCommand=/nav wp fear_start

StartCommand sets a waypoint at your current location
StopCommand runs back to that waypoint.

question, if using your example above for start and stop command, does the plugin execute "/nav rwp" upon being feared? or is this something we need to set where we will engage a mob that fears beforehand?\

edit* i dunno if im doing something wrong or what...but even when i manually set the wp, my guys still don't return to it...plugin in is turned on, start and stop command set like your example

To my fellow devs.... and RedBot ...

Something to consider.... should we request Sym give us permission to include it in the compile????

As long a it's not an active and detectable hack.... this has GREAT potential, and would only serve to enhance our already great plugin library.

Nice F**KING JOB SYM !

Fine with me. Can we ever have too many plugins ? :)

I put it in the RG source repo when I posted the dll here.

That is correct. The start command is executed when you are first feared. You don't have to do anything else ahead of time other than have your start command set. If your nav isn't working on its own you'll need to sort that out first. Try changing the command to the default echo to see that it is actually triggering. I didn't have a way to test it but it should work as long there weren't major changes to the debuff info.

ok, will mess with it some more

Could something like this be used to counter the *push* or *pull* effects on some events? VoA #1 comes to mind.... where the guy pulls everyone into the water with him, which fucks up Line of Sight. It would be awesome if there was a way to force everyone to move back to where they were anchored.
