Tech - 4k res notebook

So I'm trying to run eq on a 4k notebook screen and it's really tiny. I tried temporarily changing the resolution to 1920 and it works but looks off, soft/fuzzyish. Plus screws up all the desktop setup. Is there a way to leave it at 4K and run eq?

Still sucks, i returned my 4k monitor and went 2k cause i needed glasses to read the small aas font.
