I'm considering it, just would like to know if it's useful/relevant...

I'm using three wizards, but not with KA. I'm still using Raz's eoknuke. With that said, I'm thinking of trying to move everything over to KA because I don't like how poorly eoknuke handles buffs.

does EOKnuke handle Alliance ?

Eoknuke did handle alliance, but I think it's only currently programmed up to 105 spells. I believe that Kiss can handle this just as effectively with conditions. Just do a check for the alliance buff and then cast fast nukes.
