110 DRU TBL Magic/Cold Main Healer 40-100k+ DPS - 110 DRU TBL Healing & DPS Doomfire Magic Cold

Created a Druid that could DPS and also Main Heal at the same time. TBL doesn't like Fire so it's Magic / Cold based. Feedback welcome please.

I can’t try it yet because I haven’t leveled my Druid , but would this Healer be able to keep up with a SK Mt for ToV content?
