- AE section set to OFF but if it was active, that's a lot of work for a warrior to grab few mobs attention and will consume a lot of endurance.

Final thought, Have you considered using the disc "Pain Doesn't Hurt" in your INI? I see it in Holy5 but why not in KA?

Been spamming myself with this since the Warrior nerf a while back. The ability Defensive Proficiency is not available to your class!
Was about to remove it from my holies.
 
A fair amount of the holies and kiss are redundant calls, mostly because I often drive the tank without KISS running. The holies fire off everything I really need. I shut some of the KISS ini sections off, because I made the ini to run with KISS 9, hoping I could drop mq2melee completely. However, I haven't gotten the KISS 9 settings responsive enough.

Good catches in the buff sections, those were just oversights when I updated it. Also, I should probably add pain doesn't hurt to the KISS section and see how much that helps.

I realize the ini consumes a fair amount of endurance, but to be honest I don't really have too many problems with it. As to calling breather twice its overkill, but I want to make sure it fire at every opportunity.
 
Kiss 9.1.5 will concentrate on stream lining and squeezing out some speed in response times.
