Bard soloable DoN

Web of Lies, it's like 40 crystals, you DA up, go hail the named NPC, then hail another named goblin (I think it is) right near it then you DoT kite the first named around until it's dead. If you're on good side, it's a necromancer NPC, if you're evil, it's a Druid NPC, and if you're evil, I suggest before starting this up, dispelling each one of the goblins because they all have SoW. Oh yeah, bring a SoW pot if you lack Run 5 and a few heal pots because you'll take a few hits.

Me and a friend do this whenever we have 20 mins to spare (he plays the bard, I bot 5 chars and I give him the crystals off of one of the 5 chars), and it's great crystals.

Any chance you know the mob names?

I just recently started playing a bard in a regular xp group and I use him for buff/dps songs. I haven't done any bard kiting on him. I thought DoT kiting was nerfed because Dot's wouldn't do damage to moving targets and you could only DD kite now? Edgeumacate me!

Area Effect dots no longer do damage unless mob is standing still. Chants are targeted Dots and still do damage as normal.

basically your killing one mob at a time...

which makes FH a nice place .. because there are no adds... 8-)

In MQ2 just type /who npc named and you'll find it. I don't remember the names offhand.

And by DoT Kite I mean using chants.
